The rubber joint is composed of fabric reinforced rubber parts, flat union, loose metal flange or threaded pipe flange, and is used for vibration isolation and noise reduction and displacement compensation of pipes.

It is a pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance.

It can be divided into concentric equal diameter, concentric reducer and eccentric reducer according to the shape.

It can be divided into single sphere, double sphere and elbow sphere according to the structure.

It can be divided into flange connection, threaded connection and threaded pipe flange connection according to the connection form.

According to the working pressure: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa and 2.5MPa.

When rubber joints are used for water supply in high-rise buildings, the pipes must be provided with fixed supports or brackets, otherwise the products shall be installed with anti pull off devices. The force for fixing the support or bracket must be greater than the axial force, otherwise the anti pulling device should also be installed.

According to different materials, it can be made into acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, oil resistant, heat resistant and other varieties to adapt to a variety of media and environments

Installation method:

1. During the installation of rubber joint, it is strictly prohibited to install beyond the displacement limit.

2. The installation bolts shall be symmetrical and tightened gradually to prevent local leakage.

For the working pressure above 3.1.6 MPa, the bolts shall be installed with elastic pressure pads to prevent the bolts from loosening during operation.

4. During vertical installation, both ends of the joint pipe shall be supported by vertical force, and anti pulling device can be adopted to prevent pulling out under working pressure.

5. The rubber joint shall be installed far away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly prohibited to expose to strong radiation light and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product

6. Sharp tools are not allowed to scratch the surface and sealing surface of rubber joint during transportation, loading and unloading.

Generally, there are screw thread connection, flange connection, clamp connection, etc.

Rubber ball material:

The rubber joint ball is composed of a rubber tube with multiple layers of scraped nylon cord fabric and an outer rubber layer in the inner rubber layer and the reinforcing layer. The rubber materials used are different according to different media, including natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, neoprene rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, etc. It has the functions of heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, oil resistance, etc.
