Four links and characteristics of CNC Processing Prototype

CNC hand board processing is usually divided into four links:

1. Rough machining. Rough machining is mainly to cut off most of the machining allowance on each surface to make the shape and size of the blank close to the finished product. This stage is characterized by the use of high-power machine tools and large cutting tools to improve productivity and reduce tool wear as much as possible.

2. Semi finishing. Semi finishing is to finish the machining of the secondary surface and prepare for the finishing of the main surface.

3. Finish machining. Finish machining is to ensure that the main surface meets the requirements of the drawing.

4. Finishing. Finishing is a surface with high requirements for surface roughness and machining accuracy, which also needs finishing. This stage is generally not used to improve the position accuracy of parts.

Characteristics of CNC handboard processing model:

1. High machining precision;

2. Multi coordinate linkage machining of complex parts;

3. Greatly save production time;

4. High degree of automation and efficiency;
