Improve cutting efficiency of CNC cutting machine

High cutting speed and cutting precision are the main differences between CNC cutting machine and hand-held cutting and profiling cutting. Although the cutting speed of the CNC cutting machine is fast and the cutting accuracy is high, many customers find that the processing efficiency has not been improved much after they bought the CNC cutting machine. The main reason is that the users do not have a thorough understanding of the relevant knowledge of the CNC cutting machine and can not use it easily. What should new users pay attention to when using CNC cutting machine to effectively improve cutting speed?

First of all, ensure the stability of the NC system. The instability of the NC system will cause the cutting speed to slow down. Because the CPU and hard disk of the CNC system will heat up if they are used for a long time, which will cause the system to be unstable and unable to work full-time. Sometimes the fan is worn, or the hard disk is vibrated or infected with a virus, which will lead to production stagnation, thus slowing the cutting speed and affecting the cutting quality. In addition, if the cutting control software of the CNC system has defects, faults or cutting errors, cutting production will be delayed and cutting quality will be affected.

When using the NC cutting machine, the nesting software is not used, and the parts are directly called or read into the NC system for manual programming. This method will not only waste time, but also waste materials. If nesting software is used, not only time but also material can be saved.

If there is no automatic cutting process and cutting parameter database on the CNC system, the cutting can only be observed with your own experience and eyes. In addition, if you can only operate manually, the cutting accuracy will be low, and automatic piercing and automatic cutting cannot be realized, and the cutting efficiency will decline.

When cutting, if the numerical control cutter is not set correctly, the cutting method is too simple. When every part needs to be pierced and cut completely, if the boring cutting method is simple, the cutting efficiency will be reduced, and at the same time, the cutting nozzle will be forced to waste seriously. For this kind of cutting, it is better to use efficient cutting methods such as cutting edge, borrowing edge, bridging, etc., which not only has fast cutting speed and ensures cutting accuracy, but also will not cause unnecessary waste.
