The reason and solution of the motor of industrial door not rotating

The industrial door is a common facility for enterprises. It is suitable for large warehouses, logistics industry, medicine, food, factories and mines and other industries with high requirements for opening speed, thermal insulation, sound insulation, sealing and wind resistance. Especially where the door opening is large and it is inconvenient to install the ground door body. The operation of the industrial door mainly depends on the motor to drive the door body, so if the motor fails, the industrial door cannot operate. The following is a list of the reasons why some industrial door motors cannot rotate and their solutions:

Fault cause 1: motor burning

Solution: replace the burnt motor.

Fault cause 2: open circuit

Check the line and connect it.

Fault reason 3: the stop button is not reset

Solution: replace the button or press it several times.

Fault cause 4: limit switch action

Solution: move the limit switch slider to separate it from the microswitch contact and adjust the position of the microswitch;

Fault cause 5: heavy load

Solution: check whether the mechanical part is jammed. If so, remove the jamming and clear the obstacles.
